We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. when communicating by email) can have security gaps. A complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible. When sending sensitive data, it is therefore advisable to use the post.

Upon arrival, we collect first name, surname, date of birth, address data, optionally also email address, telephone number and any club membership. We also save the arrival and departure days of our guests. This also applies to day visitors. We also use technical and organizational measures to protect this data from unauthorized access.

for determining the length of stay and the fees for using the campsite,
for payment processing,
for internal planning purposes.

Integration of services and content from third parties
Our offerings sometimes include content, services and services from other providers. These are, for example, maps provided by Google Maps, videos from YouTube and graphics and images from other websites. The transmission of the IP address is absolutely necessary so that this data can be called up and displayed in the user's browser. The providers (hereinafter referred to as "third-party providers") thus perceive the IP address of the respective user.

Even if we try to only use third-party providers who only need the IP address in order to be able to deliver content, we have no influence on whether the IP address is possibly saved. In this case, this process is used, among other things, for statistical purposes. If we know that the IP address is being saved, we will inform our users of this.

We use the Google calendar to display the occupancy of our rental accommodation on this website. The booked rental period and an abbreviation that we have specified are displayed here. We use Google forms for a guest survey. Google saves the information you provide here and we use it for statistical analysis.

Google Maps
We integrate maps from the “Google Maps” service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. The processed data may include, in particular, the users' IP addresses and location data, which, however, are not collected without their consent (usually in the context of the settings of their mobile devices). The data can be processed in the USA. Data protection declaration: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/, Opt-Out: https://adssettings.google.com/authenticated.

Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer and that enable your use of the website to be analyzed. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, due to the activation of IP anonymization on this website, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. The full IP address will only be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there in exceptional cases.

On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide the website operator with other services relating to website activity and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. You can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly. However, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent.

Facebook social plug-in
We integrate plug-ins from the social network Facebook (address: 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA) on our website. You can recognize the plug-ins - you can find an overview here: http://developers.facebook.com/docs/Plug-ins/ - by the Like button or by the Facebook logo.

If you call up one of our websites with a Facebook plug-in, a direct connection to Facebook is established. We have no influence on the type and scope of the data that Facebook collects, stores and processes. We can only inform you according to our level of knowledge.

Facebook is informed via the plug-in that you have accessed the corresponding website of our offer. This also applies to users who are not registered on Facebook. In this case, there is a possibility that Facebook will save the IP address.

If you are a member of Facebook and logged in, calling up a website with a Facebook plug-in can be clearly assigned to your Facebook user account. In addition, the plug-ins transmit all interactions, for example if you use the Like button or leave a comment.

To prevent Facebook from storing data about you, please log out of Facebook before visiting our website. You can also block the plug-ins with add-ons for the browser (for example “Facebook Blocker”).

Information on the data protection regulations, the purpose and scope of data collection and data processing as well as the setting options for protecting privacy on Facebook can be found here: http://www.facebook.com/privacy/explanation.php.

The new data protection declaration will then apply on your next visit to our offer.
